Program Description:
Keeping the brain as fit and healthy as we do our body is important to overall wellbeing! Over time, one’s cognitive abilities, such as memory or hand-eye coordination start to decline. Keeping those skills in shape allows you to remain sharp and enjoy your daily life experiences. You will also have the opportunity to exercise and strengthen six major cognitive domains of the brain – memory, reasoning, processing speed, concentration, problem solving, and visual spatial skills!
In this program, you will:
- Learn about 12 modifiable risk factors for dementia
- Practice exercises for the brain, which are equally important as exercises for your body
- Develop a plan of action to improve your brain health
