This small group program introduces the benefits of yoga for body, mind and spirit! Reduce stress and tension in your body with this slow-moving class that deeply stretches the body. Class incorporates seated and reclining postures and gentle, standing poses, breath and gratitude. This is a place to quiet your busy mind, tend to your heart and relax your body. Chairs and mats will be accessible to all.
