Program Description: 

Join us as we explore:

What is Mindfulness?

Innate Mindfulness in all humans.

Presence of Mindfulness in all cultures.

Mindfulness in daily chores (44 Gathas).

Mindful Movements, Mindful Walking, and Mindful Chair Yoga.

Mindfulness Meditations (Origin and Expansion).

Introduction to Mindfulness Meditations for anxiety, dementia, pain, & stress management.

 



Participants will have the opportunity to engage in two practices of:

 - Mindful Gratitude Expression.

 - Mindful Eating (Raisin Meditation).
