Program Description: 
Relax with soothing live-looped cello and voice, woven together in an improvisational tapestry of sound. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a sketchbook or journal, and let the music “take you away”. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be available for maximum comfort. 

Participate in this program to:

Facilitator Biography

Shannon Kiley | LiveWell Faculty
Shannon brings together diverse bodies of knowledge and experience into her practice as a master’s level board certified music therapist. Shannon offers both music and movement groups at LiveWell as opportunities to play with "life source energy". Her clinical work has brought her to a wide variety of settings including hospitals, schools, homes, rehabilitation centers, hospices and residential living communities.

Shannon is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist musician, songwriter, and music producer, releasing music under the moniker Olive Tiger. She views the creative process and the recording studio as a call to growth and courage, and loves supporting others in that experience.  Shannon began practicing tai chi in 2008 with the Taoist Tai Chi Society and remains a lifelong student of meditative movement. She cultivates regular yoga and mindfulness practices and loves to read and walk.
