Explore the joy of music together in this supportive and engaging group for couples. Each session features a variety of experiences, including songwriting, music-inspired artmaking, music listening, singing, and improvisation. Led by a board-certified music therapist, and occasionally joined by an art facilitator, the group provides opportunities to connect, express creativity, and share meaningful experiences in a welcoming and relaxed environment. No musical experience required.
