Program Description: 

 

This gentle yoga session is designed to help you slow down, stretch, and reconnect with your body in a supportive environment. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and simple poses, you’ll ease tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of balance and relaxation.

This class is ideal for anyone looking to experience a gentle yoga session, whether you’re new to yoga or simply seeking a softer, more restorative practice. Movements are slow and accessible, with options offered to meet you where you are.

Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor, as the practice includes seated and lying-down postures.
