Program Description:
We’re excited to introduce our Blue Zones Exploration Series, an inspiring 8-part journey into the world’s healthiest and longest-living communities. Each month, participants will enjoy two engaging experiences: a discussion-based session to explore key Blue Zones principles, followed by a hands-on session that brings those ideas to life through practical activities and shared experiences.
In our first session we'll discover the secrets of our first Blue Zone - Okinawa Japan. Exploring themes such as a nutrient-rich, mostly plant-based diets, deep community bonds (moai), a strong sense of purpose (ikigai), regular physical activity (gardening, sitting on the floor), and mindful eating (hara hachi bu).

Sam has always had a passion for cooking and bringing joy into people’s lives through food. Coming up and working in many local restaurants, Sam honed his skills and fell in love with cooking, but there was a personal touch missing. Working at LiveWell allows him to make personal connections, encourage people to thrive, and provide new and delicious foods every day.
Sam’s superpower is his ability to make even the smallest moments special and worth remembering.
