Class Description: This class will focus on developing strategies that can help you compensate and adapt when you "forget" a word you want to say in a conversation. Each week we will learn and practice a different strategy you can try on your own between classes to find out which one (or ones!) work best for you. This class is tailored for individuals who are newly diagnosed with cognitive change and retain the ability to learn new information, as well as individuals without cognitive change who are concerned about "forgetting words" that occurs during normal aging.
