Program Description:
These classes will incorporate LSVT LOUD daily exercises, but they include more than just exercise. They will focus on ensuring your grander voice is brought into real world engaging conversations. The group setting will allow you to work on your skills with people from your community. LSVT LOUD for LIFE classes will incorporate cognitive activities and conversation around fun activities and hobbies including music, current events and more all while maintaining those exercises learned throughout the LSVT LOUD protocol.
The LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) Programs for individuals with PD have been developed and researched over the past 20 years beginning with a focus on the speech motor system (LSVT LOUD) and more recently have been extended to address limb motor systems (LSVT BIG).
