Program Description:
Ever seen those huge (but cheap) cuts of beef or pork at Costco or Sam’s Club and been intimidated? Well fear no more! Come learn to break down primal cuts and slice perfect filets, steaks, and chops. Learn where the meat you eat comes from on an animal and why certain parts are so different.
Sam Johnson | Culinary Experience Co-Lead
Sam has always had a passion for cooking and bringing joy into people’s lives through food. Coming up and working in many local restaurants, Sam honed his skills and fell in love with cooking, but there was a personal touch missing. Working at LiveWell allows him to make personal connections, encourage people to thrive, and provide new and delicious foods every day.
Sam’s superpower is his ability to make even the smallest moments special and worth remembering.
