We will "travel around the world with author Dan Buettner to discover five unique communities where people live extraordinarily long and vibrant lives."

From the mountain villages of Sardinia to a sunny suburb of California, Buettner explores what has contributed to these communities' amazing lifespans.

- Expand your awareness of the Blue Zone concepts
- Have opportunities to connect with others and discuss the concepts presented in the series

Facilitator Biography

Brian Connolly | Community Engagement Partner
Brian has been passionate about community education, advocacy, and empowerment for the past 40 years. Through a diversity of roles; Chair of the Hartford Hospital Stroke and Family Advisory Council, Director of Marketing and Communication, elected member of the Farmington Town Council, and pioneer member of the LiveWell Resilient Living Center Faculty leading Social Café’s, Meet-Up’s and cognitive programming, Brian focuses his attention on understanding what’s needed to create situations where we can all grow into our highest potential.

Brian’s superpower is being present and creating the perfect moment to make anyone smile. He lives with his wife in Farmington.
